• Unlimited communication and consultation beginning immediately.
• Two - four coordinators for 10 - 12 hours ($60 per each additional hour). 
• One-hour rehearsal. 
• Schedule and attend meetings with specific service providers.
• Place and adjust orders for all rental items.
• Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items.
• Obtain all necessary insurance from outside vendors per venue regulations.
• Developing and prioritizing wedding budget.
• Proofing all wedding stationery. This includes but not limited to save the dates, specialty signage and menu.
• Manage catering staff regarding quantities on rental items.
• Venue Walk-through.
• Complete ceremony and reception coordination.
• Establish color palate, overall theme and design ideas.
• Review all proposals and terms of final contracts.
• Communicate with musicians on ceremony song selections and cueing wedding party for processional and grand entrance. 
• Floor plan design and guest management/logistics.
• On-site management and coordination. This includes communication with vendors regarding venue procedures such as loading and unloading.
• Unlimited planning meetings within the area.
